LOUISE DIXON MONAGHAN
Louise D. Monaghan has been practicing law in Uniontown since 1983. She is a graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law (J.D. 1982) and Wright State University, magna cum laude (B.S. 1979). She is also a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and the Advanced Trial Advocacy School. She presently concentrates her practice in personal injury litigation.
Ms. Monaghan is admitted to practice before all courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Supreme Court. She is a member of the Fayette County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations.
Throughout her career, Ms. Monaghan has been involved in numerous community and local service organizations. In 1993, she was the recipient of the Herman M. Buck Community Service Award. She is currently a member of the Uniontown Hospital Board of Directors and is the Chair of the Board of Directors of Unlimited Housing for the Elderly and Unlimited Senior Housing.
She and her husband have four children.

JOSEPH I. BRODAK
Joseph I. Brodak has been practicing law in Uniontown since 1998. He is a graduate of the University of West Virginia College of Law (J.D. 1998) and the University of Pittsburgh, cum laude, receiving a dual degree in Business Administration and Music (B.A. 1992). He presently concentrates his practice in Social Security disability and workers’ compensation.
Mr. Brodak is admitted to practice before all courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Fayette County, Greene County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. Mr. Brodak has served as the Assistant District Attorney for Greene County since 2000, assisting in a variety of matters with an emphasis on driving under the influence prosecutions.
Mr. Brodak joined the United States Coast Guard Reserve in 1989. Presently holding the rank of Lieutenant, Mr. Brodak is assigned to the Eighth District J.A.G. Officer Division where he concentrates in Summary Courts Martials and providing legal assistance to Coast Guard personnel and their families in 26 States.
He and his wife and their son reside in Carmichaels, Greene County.

GARY D. MONAGHAN
Gary D. Monaghan has been practicing law in southwestern Pennsylvania since 1981. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law (J.D. 1981) and Pennsylvania State University (B.A. 1976). For over 25 years, his practice has been concentrated in the area of workers’ compensation.
